Kevin Barker-Lee

Non-Executive Director & Chair

Kevin is a seasoned financial services professional with over 25 years of experience. He has held senior roles in HR, culture, organisational development, and wealth management at Lloyds Banking Group. Kevin’s leadership skills, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the banking industry are complemented by his external involvement in the voluntary sector.


Nora Law

Non-Executive Director

Nora is an experienced leader within Customer Experience, Insight, Service and Digital Proposition Development. She is the founder of Chrysalis CX, a customer experience consultancy working with organisations to identify gaps in the customer and tenant experience and leads large multidisciplinary teams to deliver and develop new products and services to meet evolving expectations.

She has extensive commercial experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors across health and social care, tech and finance. With a passion for delivering a customer centric approach, combines strategic, commercial and digital innovation to deliver transformational change. she is a mentor and coach to young women developing their leadership skills in the customer experience industry.


David Leech

Non-Executive Director & Audit Subcommittee Chair

After roles in retail banking, sales and marketing, David moved into Human Resources in the 1990s. He subsequently held senior roles in Banking, Professional Services and the Public Sector. He has worked with several charities and is currently trustee of two others involved in mental health and children’s support.


Beatrice Pounder

Non-Executive Director

Beatrice has an extensive background in Risk Management, Governance and Business Development. As well as a long career as a qualified Commercial Insurance Broker, advising a diverse range of businesses and non profit organisations, she also spent 10 years in the Reserve Armed Forces as an infantry soldier, Combat Engineer and finally a Signals Officer where she was the first female to lead Gurkas in the field.

She has a proven business track record: well as setting up a number of business ventures, she has also supported several charitable and voluntary projects to grow their income and expand their mission, including serving as Committee Chair and Board Member for the largest Housing Trust in the South West.

With a mixed British, African and Indian heritage and family lived experience of autism, disability and mental health issues, Beatrice appreciates different perspectives on life. She strives to cultivate the qualities of kindness, patience and resilience and maintain an open, creative and optimistic mindset in all her endeavours.
