Specialised Supported Housing

We provide Intensive Housing Management Services to all tenants to promote tenancy sustainment and ensure that our tenants are well cared for and supported in their homes.

Where appropriate our tenants are visited weekly by a Chrysalis Specialised Supported Housing Officer who completes a number of checks on both the tenants welfare and the property.

We genuinely love visiting our tenants and engaging with them. Each week our housing officers are asked to feedback on the engagement they have had with the tenants so we can all get to know the people we support. We really enjoy hearing what they have been up to!

Working with reputable care and support providers, we aim to provide a collaborative service that supports the tenants individual needs.
