We work closely with local authorities, tenants, and families to ensure that individual needs are met. However, as standard, you can expect that homes will have:

• Compliant fire alarm systems, including appropriate fire doors and fire alarm panels
• LED lighting throughout, energy efficient white goods, increased insulation
• Fully equipped kitchens according to the number of tenants in the property
• Minimum 10sqm bedrooms where possible
• Maximum of 2 people per bathroom, and where possible, ensuites
• High specification floor coverings and paint specifications
• Well maintained outside spaces
• Parking
• Access to local amenities
